چکیده
Several measures of quantum correlations such as Leggett–Garg and Bell-type inequalities have been extensively studied in the context neutrino oscillations. However, these analyses are performed under assumption standard model (SM) interactions neutrinos. In this work, we study new physics effects on \(l_1\)-norm based measure coherence which quantifies quantumness embedded system is also intrinsically related to various correlations. Coherence effects in neutrino oscillations.
We study the effect of coherent and incoherent broadening on neutrino oscillations both in vacuum and in the presence of matter (the MSW effect). We show under very general assumptions that it is not possible to distinguish experimentally neutrinos produced in some region of space as wave packets from those produced in the same region of space as plane waves with the same energy distribution.

I discuss the theoretical background and the status of neutrino oscillation parameters from the current worlds’ global data sample and latest flux calculations. I give their allowed ranges, best fit values and discuss the small parameters α ≡ ∆m2sol/∆m 2 atm and sin 2 θ13, which characterize CP violation in neutrino oscillations. I mention the significance of ββ0ν (neutrinoless double beta deca...

We study the robustness of the determination of the neutrino masses and mixing from the analysis of atmospheric and K2K data under the presence of different forms of phenomenologically allowed new physics in the νμ–ντ sector. We focus on vector and tensor-like new physics interactions which allow us to treat, in a model independent way, effects due to the violation of the equivalence principle,...
متن کاملNeutrino Physics Without Oscillations
There is a tremendous potential for neutrinos to yield valuable new information about strongly interacting systems. Here we provide a taste of this potential, beginning with the existence of a rigorous sum rule for the proton and neutron spin structure functions based on the measurement of the flavor singlet axial charge of the nucleon. We also comment on the NuTeV report of a 3σ deviation of t...

We consider future experiments to detect CP violation in neutrino oscillations and discuss how to test that all asymmetries are indeed described in terms of the single leptonic Jarlskog invariant as predicted in the absence of new physics effects. e-mail address: [email protected] e-mail address: [email protected]
